Harris Sofyan Hardwin, S.H., M.H.
Managing Partner
Harris is the Founder and Managing Partner of SOFYAN & SOFIAN LAW FIRM. He is an advocate and a legal consultant who holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Pancasila University and a Master Degree in Law from Pelita Harapan University. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
He was previously employed by the Law Office ING & Partners where he gained experience as an advocate and a legal consultant. Whilst there, he was used to handle and give consultation for both individual clients and companies,especially for the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the field of industrial estate management, such as PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero), PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero), PT Kawasan Industri Medan (Persero), and PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma (Persero). He had experience in providing assistance to PT Kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma (Persero) and also arranging the Technical Proposals of Legal Drafting for Agreements Uniformity for the State-Owned Enterprises in the field of industrial estate around Indonesia in 2017. He was also part of team in arranging law and business studies for land acquisition for Brebes Industrial Area as the National Strategic Project with an investment value of 12 trilion in 2021.
Harris’s main areas of practice include Anti Trust & Competition Law, State Owned Enterprises, Property & Real Estate, Banking & Financial Institutions, Capital Markets Law, Investment Law, Business Set Up, Anti Corruption & Good Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution.
He also a member of the Advocate Education and Training Field at Young Lawyers Committee (YLC), and Commissariat Administrator of Alumni of Law Faculty, Pancasila University.

A. Nugroho, S.H.
Partner
Ariyanto Nugroho is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University majoring in Law in 2014 and currently pursuing his Master in Law at Jayabaya University.
Before joining Sofyan And Sofian Law Firm, he has worked in Law Office Ardians & Co – Attorney and Counselor at Law specializing in litigation and dealing with several cases both criminal and civil cases, handling several cases of land law, state administrative, employment, intellectual property, tax law, investigation, audit, and legal drafting. He was used to handle and give consultation for both individual clients and companies, especially for the Banking & Financial Institutions as Busson Auto Finance (BAF), Astra Credit Company (ACC) etc.
In addition to being an advocate, he is a tax lawyer and an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian Advocates League (IKADIN), and the Association of Lawyers and Attorneys for the Indonesian Tax Court (PKPPI).

Sekar Arum Kinanti, S.H., M. Kn.

Sekar Arum Kinanti, S.H., M.Kn. is a graduate of Pancasila University majoring in Law and currently pursuing her Master of Notarial Law at Pelita Hrapan University.
Before joining Sofyan & Sofian Law Firm, Sekar was responsible for Legal Administration at PT Sekar Trianusa, Sekar had experiences in the field of Notarial Law, especially in land acquisition and buisiness contracts.
Sekar’s main areas of practice include general contract, land law, and real estate transaction law.

Ilham Langgai, S.H., M.H.
Associate
Ilham Langgai holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Pancasila University with the specialization of Natural Resources Law and He is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Before joining Sofyan And Sofian Law Firm at the end of 2020, Langgai has worked at a law firm in Jakarta, and then continued his career as a Legal Staff at PT LEN Industri (Persero), a state-owned industrial electronic equipment manufacturing company.
Langgai have done his Master degree in Law on 2022 with the specialization of Natural Resources Law at the Faculty of Law of University Of Indonesia. At Sofyan And Sofian Law Firm, Langgai is responsible for preparing legal documents in handling both companies and individuals legal cases, both litigation and non litigation, including to commercial litigation, labor law, Intellectual Property, Project & Natural Resources and also family law dispute.
